I'm new to Printmatic.com, but began following your blog after you released some of your audio book on Soundcloud. When Counterculture dropped, I really just though you stepped up your game, and didn't really think more about it, but your book on its making opened my eyes. But, you still stepped up your game, gat dammit!

I can't remember the exact name but it's out on hamilton road near Eastland Mall.

There's definitely a big difference between being a guest speaker and a full-time student. However, I think that touches on something that I've always wondered about teaching. I'm sure plenty of teachers feel "stuck," but part of me wonders if the reason they feel stuck is because they had the wrong idea of what teaching actually was, you know? I think a lot of people get into it for reasons besides dealing with and helping kids. Then when it turns out to be more dealing w/ kids than teaching something they're passionate about they feel stuck. This is just a theory of mine and I want to explore it more.
It reminds me of how people get into hip-hop because they wanna make money or get girls, but fail to realize how many people they have to interact with and overlook the human side of the job. Once they find out what it's actually about they get upset or do passive aggressive shit to fans and press.

Glad you a had a great experience. Which charter school was it if you don't mind me asking?

I think teaching kids is an awesome experience, except when it's actually your JOB to teach them and you're stuck inside a system to do so. I think being contracted out to do so like you were is the most effective and rewarding way to do it.

I recently started boot camp. Up until then, I was pretty much meat free. My trainer suggested adding protein back in, so I eat meat, veggies and fruit. I have nearly elimated all sugar (except what is found in fruit) and I have lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks. (Females get stuck with the shit end of the stick, yo!) I have learned tow things: 1. All the stuff we eat out of boxes, or cans, has sugar. It also is processed. 2. Our bodies cannot digest fake foods. Natural is golden.

Role model... Is it an unfair heavy robe cast on those in the public eye or a social duty and obligation of those whether or not they have ambitions to be moral examples activists and or leaders?
